Behind this concept lies a personal passion: that of the founder, a collector since childhood, who wanted to create a space that combines her profession as a hotelier and her love of watchmaking. A sincere, embodied space, in her image: precise, welcoming, and profoundly human.

The Glass Balance
On the ground floor, the Quantième bar embodies the spirit of the place, between precision and gentleness.
Its name, borrowed from watchmaking vocabulary, and its signature cocktail menu— the Tourbillon, the Calendar, the Dial, the Quartz, and the Perpetual —draw their inspiration from the intimate tempo of watches. The flavor combinations, like the lines of the venue, recall this desire for moderation and balance.
Its logo discreetly evokes a date window, while the space invites us to slow down, observe, and savor. The Quantième is an elegant pause, a bubble, a chosen moment.
